Donate on your Colorado State income tax form

Colorado State Statutes established a charitable tax check-off on the Colorado state income tax form. Simply enter in the amount you would like to donate on your tax form, and the state of Colorado will forward the designated amount to this important fund. Your donation is tax deductible and anonymous.
